This modern 4,300 sq ft home was built with Insulated Concrete Form (ICF) to add strength and durability in a flood prone area in addition to offering an energy efficient basement. Every care was taken to ensure the highest level of utility and technology was incorporated in each function without compromising on true execution of modern luxury design. Custom made copper slabs imported from Germany were oxidised and sealed to achieve a purple hue making them the jewel of the exterior facade. The commissioned metal sculpture planted in the front yard greets visitors into this modern yet warm space. Eleven-foot tall glass dividers hung from metal rails separate the office from the living space while the Macassar Ebony wood archway invites the guest into the nicely planned family room. A custom furniture builder was commissioned to build the state-of-the-art kitchen which is furnished with high gloss walnut as well as chrome and glass cabinetry.
